For anyone who really wants to enjoy a warm and caring attitude, I recommend from the bottom of my heart the Royal Hotel in the Dead Sea. I stayed for several days, I really enjoyed the large room and the warm attitude of the staff, the quick and caring service. The manager, Marina, is a humane and very acceptable woman.

The rooms and the service and the spa are fine. Also the breakfast. meets the standard of 5 stars... the only problem of the hotel is the dinner that does not meet the accepted standard in Israel of 5 stars in terms of diversity. Quality....dinner is at the standard of a hostel and not a 5-star hotel...everything else is perfectly fine

Going up to enter the hotel is very difficult for my age because the gate below is locked and the response to the phone to open the gate is very late. Other than that, everything is nice.

On the first day after we got the room, we went down to Spach, we came back and discovered to our surprise that there were guests in the room who drank coffee and trashed the room. We complained to the reception during the stay.

It must be allowed to go down to the Dead Sea through floor G, as well as re-entering the hotel to avoid a gate that is open all day.

At dinner there was a group of children with special needs and the instructors just gave them delicacies from the refrigerator and mixed meat and milk in there, it's terrible, take care of the shift supervisor who approved such a thing, I'm not sure I'll come back again because of a kosher problem

There is a lack of responsible people who are everywhere, to make sure that the service providers do it in an optimal way. A few cleaning problems. A very worthy hotel, I would love to return to vacation in the future.

A large percentage of the vacationers are adults and there is a big problem getting to the beach and especially getting back to the hotel because of the big climb to the hotel. Hopefully there will be a solution on the next visit

In general, it was very good, we enjoyed the hospitality, but there is always something to improve, the fact that there is no direct access from the rooms to the sofa, it is not pleasant to go through the lobby or from the pool to the sofa

Great hotel lacks a lot of staff in the dining room and the cleanliness of the hotel, the overall selection of food is not large, the maintenance in the rooms needs strengthening, the hotel is not full which creates a quieter and more pleasant feeling. Overall a pleasant and fun vacation

We were very disappointed by the lack of parking space in a hotel that defines itself as five stars at reception and told us that they are not responsible for parking. We had to park on a blue and white parking lot and operated a pango service. Delusional and uncomfortable. I doubt we will decide to go back to this hotel just for this reason

The receptionists, who are the interior of the hotel, spoke in an impatient and disrespectful way, and did not respect the guests, not only those who wanted to clarify and ask questions. We vacation a lot, once a month, through other companies and have half of them praise the staff assigned 4 U really helped us and cared for us with an excellent price and late check-out on Saturday that we observe the Sabbath. For sure you buy us as regular customers

Looks like the hotel has not been refurbished and as befits a hotel 5 should be replaced outdated towels and stains do not wash and the laundry down a proper control switch. Bathroom toilet brush would be advisable, in the dining room and lobby furniture is outdated and peeling and dead flowers on the table do not add but detract from the pleasure. There is also a serious problem of the parking lot. Beyond this broad bed was big and great and the food was excellent and the service from staff was very good.

We were disappointed at supper Friday night, the hotel was not prepared for the amount of guests who stayed at the hotel, there were no seats, there were not enough chairs, dishes - no amount, plates and cups, put us in a dining room, poured food in the bar and Csnicnsno but there was no place to sit, to we have managed to arrange a place for ourselves, we found an empty table but no chairs nor prepared, we ourselves went looking for chairs, tables and other tools, the food was cold in the meantime. This is what really let us down our stay at the hotel.

The hotel itself and the service were excellent some things that could be improved were the long time the elevators to the room and the room, the pool area is closed in the evening so anyone who wants to smoke must leave the hotel.
